- 5-7 years of experience in Estimating/Preconstruction.
- Solid understanding of Preconstruction and Estimating process. Willingness to learn IMC’s Conceptual Estimating process.
- Must possess excellent communications skills (both verbal and written) with ability to assist in producing highly professional proposals and presentations.
- Understanding of Construction Technology and ability to showcase IMC’s innovative tools/technology.
- Ability to organize use of time in a fast-paced environment, completing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to listen in a way that builds and maintains rapport with internal and external clients.
- Participate in open and earnest conversations. Comfortable with giving and receiving constructive criticism to achieve best result.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter attributes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
