IMC Construction, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Executive.  The Senior Project Executive will play a pivotal role in leading and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards along with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to project teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and monitor project progress against established goals.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment on construction sites.
  • Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee, and pricing decisions.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and generate repeat business opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to healthcare construction, and integrate new methodologies and technologies into project delivery processes.
  • Cultivate high-performance teams through effective supervision, training, coaching, and mentorship.

Skills & Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum of 15-20 years of experience with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
