IMC Construction, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Executive. The Senior Project Executive will play a pivotal role in leading and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards along with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to project teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and monitor project progress against established goals.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment on construction sites.
- Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee, and pricing decisions.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and generate repeat business opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to healthcare construction, and integrate new methodologies and technologies into project delivery processes.
- Cultivate high-performance teams through effective supervision, training, coaching, and mentorship.
