Global Director for Talent Management, Learning & Development

And that’s why we are looking for a Talent Development Director who will have a global responsibility across 2500+ employees and in 3 regions. You will report to the Global CHRO based in Europe.

About the role

You will be working directly with the Executive Leaders to identify critical program requirements and key organizational objectives and what we will need to help us achieve those objectives.

We are looking for:

·       Experience driving talent development and learning in multiple countries 

·       Lead and built talent programs

·       Leadership development, designing and embedding programs and leadership frameworks

·       Performance management; driving change and adoption

·       Talent & succession planning

About you:

You are a strong communicator who has worked with and influenced senior stakeholder and executive leaders. You have high energy and a driven approach to your deliverables and your team and work well in a fast-paced and at time ambiguous, fast changing environment.

You must also have:

·        Multi-national company experience

·        You are detail orientated and you work well with data

·        Can lead a team across various geographical locations

·       You can align business strategy to your strategy and the wider HR agenda

·       Delivered large scale programs
