The Work You’ll Do
As a .Net Developer, you will be able to translate the needs of new features or improvements in a functional code, meeting the standards required to join a product, tool or software solution.
Teamwork is essential in their day-to-day activities and the ability of provide support to team mates as needed.
More specifically, you will:
- Translate customer requirements into code;
- Upgrade, repair and modify software;
- Estimate the time required for the development;
- Elucidate viable solutions and anticipate problems;
- Perform tests to validate the code and write automated tests it if necessary;
- Truly believe in the Agile values and be expert in Scrum;
- Show high commitment to the company;
- Suggest process improvements to increase effectiveness;
- Participate in the onboarding process for new hires;
- Coach the team on Agile best practices.
What We Need From You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, System Analysis; or equivalent experience;
- English Advanced (written and verbal);
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as software developer;
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban or XP;
- Advanced knowledge of these languages and libraries: C#, TSQL, PL/SQL, JavaScript, HTML5, AngularJS, React;
- Advanced knowledge of SDLC and CI with VisualStudio, JIRA, Git/GitFlow, BitBucket and Team City;
- Knowledge of modern software development principles like OOP, Clean Code, TDD, SOLID and Design Patterns;
- Can effectively cope with change and manage stressful situations;
- Continued education in their given development domain;
- Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
