Who are we looking for?

In this position, you will be an integral member of our Account Management team, directly managing the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring a seamless account setup, and enabling their success. This is a hybrid role, with a combination of in-office and remote work expected. 

In This Role You Will:

• Guide new clients through the onboarding process with a goal of delivering a successful and seamless introduction to MHW
• Lead specific function-related areas of the process (i.e., Compliance), confirming new clients have a thorough understanding and ability to navigate moving forward
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues throughout the process
• Ensure a smooth client transition to the Customer Service team once the onboarding phase is complete
• Work closely with other departments to complete cross-functional tasks
• Actively review a shared team email box

• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain composure and client focus while troubleshooting and solving requests
• Excellent communication skills delivering great client experiences at every touchpoint
• A collaborator’s mentality – eager to partner with internal and external stakeholders to build positive and lasting client relationships
• Strong negotiator
• Creative, resourceful, and adaptable
• Preferred:
  • 1-2+ years within a customer service-related industry
  • 1-2+ years of data entry experience
  • Experience within the Beverage Alcohol Industry
