The Work you will do:

● Act as primary technical point of contact (POC) for the key Enterprise accounts

● Assist with customer issues including installation, configuration, maintenance, and identify and implement improvements to processes, documents, tools, and reports to benefit the customer process

● Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.

● Coordinate code deployment processing that involves Sovos cross-functional teams (QA, Development, Support, Sales, IT) and Sovos clients (applies to monthly planned and ad hoc code deployments and involves ensuring the supporting code deployment release documentation meets client expectations)

● Ensure adoption and successful delivery for client on all applicable Sovos products and services

● Perform annual account review meetings, on-site visits with assigned accounts, and coordinate account health review meetings (short and long term account coordination)

● Perform regular case reviews per assigned account needs

● Proactively work with assigned accounts to ensure jurisdictional/seasonal readiness

● Provide innovative ideas to enhance various aspects of the software based on customer suggestions, demos, training, and new business requirements

● Represent assigned accounts during emergencies, and perform customer-specific crisis communications

What We Need From You

● Minimum of 3 years’ experience with advanced support or similar experience and +2 years' experience with SAP Functions(MM, SD, FI, invoicing, delivery, ledger, e-documents etc) or ABAP/debugging

● Software industry experience preferred, software-as-a-service industry experience a plus 

● Basic knowledge of Sovos product offerings in the relevant Product Market

● Basic knowledge of tax rules and processes in the relevant Product Market

● Planning and organisational skills

● Effective internal & external communication skills (written and verbal)

● Excellent attention to detail

● Projects a positive and professional image to clients and internal organisationss

● Possesses strong business acumen

● Minimal travel required to Sovos locations or events

● Essential Job Functions:

● Comprehend and communicate complex concepts

● Concentrate, analyze and resolve complex problems

● Utilize technology (e.g. phone systems, computer hardware and software applications) to fulfill work requirements.
