The Work You'll Do:

We are looking to immediately fill an open full-time Compliance position. In this role, you would be responsible for assisting the Compliance department on a variety of regulatory and customer service-related tasks. This position reports directly to the Compliance Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Hybrid position – must be able to be work in office one recurring day per week
  • Learning and following established task management policies and internal data management software processes
  • Managing a high volume of communication via phone and email
  • Organizing and managing the compliance department’s general email inbox, re-distributing email as needed
  • Responding to general client emailed requests and phone calls
  • Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing physical mail
  • Preparing and filing accurate corporate trade name amendment applications to state and federal regulators
  • Coordinating beverage alcohol samples upon arrival at the office
  • Updating electronic copies of corporate beverage alcohol license files once renewed
  • Organizing and managing the compliance check request process and supporting documentation
  • Organizing, coordinating, and executing periodic product renewal regulatory filings
  • Updating brand registration product approval dates in Ship Compliant
  • Providing administrative support to our compliance team

Qualifications

  • 2+ years within a legal/administrative or customer service-related industry
  • 2+ years of data entry experience
  • An exhibited passion for customer service
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organization and task management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience using ShipCompliant is a plus
  • Experience using Asana is a plus
  • Experience within the Beverage Alcohol Industry is a tremendous plus but not required
