Implementation Consultant Intern

 The Work You'll Do:

The Implementation Consultant Intern will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing client project plans from project kickoff until the transition to either the Client Support or the Compliance Services teams. The Implementation Services team delivers onboarding, training, and other project-based services for clients utilizing Sovos’ products and/or service offerings. The Implementation Consultant Intern is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time with a high level of quality and client satisfaction, in addition to executing key configuration tasks.

More specifically you will:

  • Act as primary point of contact during the implementation process for the client
  • Complete configuration tasks
  • Complete thorough Client Procedures documents which include all configuration details and any other necessary information
  • Continue service activities for clients after successful implementation as needed and especially during peak processing times
  • Learn implementation processes and procedures
  • Perform a seamless, documented, and thorough transition after implementation is complete
  • Prepare project plans for basic assigned tasks, balancing commitments across multiple projects
  • Provide training as necessary to clients

What We Need From You

  • Client facing work experience preferred.
  • Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills
  • Advance student at UNSTA, UTN, UNT-FACET, UNT- Filosofia y Letras.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, mainly MS Excel.
  • Interact effectively with teammates, colleagues, and customers.
  • Comprehend and communicate complex concepts
  • Concentrate, analyze and resolve complex problems
