The Work You'll Do:

The eCommerce Account Executive is responsible for prospecting new customers and business contacts, present the technical features of our products, drive sales and maintain a solid customer relationship.

More specifically, you will:

  • Contact with potential clients to advertise our products and services.
  • Search for new potential customers.
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Meeting sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Creating compelling sales arguments.
  • Sell the company's products and services.
  • Carrying out research into competitors' services.
  • Demonstrate the technical features and benefits of our products.
  • Advising customers on technology upgrades and related products.
  • Generate purchase orders and sales revenue.

 

What We Need From You:

  • Bachelor's degree/Bachelor’s degree in management, Marketing (or similar field);
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proven sales experience developing customer focused, differentiated and viable solutions.
  • Good knowledge (spoken and written) in Portuguese.
  • Good knowledge (spoken and written) in English.
  • Good knowledge (spoken and written) in Spanish is valued.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Autonomy, flexibility, adaptability.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Focus on meeting objectives.
  • Resilience, proactivity and dynamism.
  • Critical capacity and spirit of continuous improvement.
  • Objective and method.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), CRM Salesforce (preferable);
  • Knowledge of electronic invoicing business (preferable);
