The Work You'll Do:

The person in this role will be responsible for the research, design, implementation, testing and maintenance of the product.

The Senior Developer will work closely with our junior talent, coaching them professionally, teaching them best practices, and showing them the way to become astute and creative software professionals.

More specifically you will:

• Analysis, design and development according to the Product Owner directive
• Code inspections: Ensure that the code applies best practices
• Develop procedures for automated unit testings.
• Generate technical documents for the on-boarding plan of new members
• Share knowledge within the company
• Help new members understand the business rules of Convey as the way the code is structured.
• Lead other team members to growth and success
• Be an example to others in terms of commitment to the company goals

What We Need From You

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field/discipline preferred.
• English intermediate (written and verbal).
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience.
• Experience with Agile and SCRUM development philosophies.
