The Work You'll Do:
This role works closely with our Partner and Alliances sales organization to support the success of our partner ecosystem by developing and executing marketing strategies that drive joint business growth. This position is ideal for a candidate with 3–5 years of experience in partner marketing who is passionate about building strong relationships and delivering impactful results.
More specifically, you will:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive joint marketing plans for North American strategic partners, aligning with Sovos' business objectives to drive measurable results. Collaborate with the Sovos North America partner team and our partner counterparts. Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and marketing innovations to uncover new opportunities and enhance marketing efforts with partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Sovos Sales, Product Marketing, Global Alliances, and Cross-Functional Marketing teams to deliver cohesive results. Coordinate joint marketing activities with secondary partners to expand reach.
- Partnership Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations. Drive brand awareness among lower-tier partners, particularly with executives and sales teams, to generate new opportunities.
- Campaign Development: Design, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, events, co-branded content, and other channels to promote joint solutions and generate demand. Oversee “campaigns in a box” for secondary partners. Manage monthly partner communications, including newsletters and webinars.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Establish KPIs, monitor the performance of marketing initiatives, and adjust strategies to optimize results and drive partner-generated revenue growth.
- Program Management: Oversee programs from initial planning through execution, including logistics, contract management, promotional communications, and post-program analysis. Assess results and identify improvement opportunities.
What We Need From You
- 3+ years of experience in partner marketing, field marketing, or demand generation
- Proven ability to plan and execute end-to-end campaigns, with strong project management skills to meet deadlines and manage priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management, interpersonal, and collaborative skills for success in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with budgeting and planning at the department level
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience in Salesforce, Monday, and ideally Marketo or equivalent tools
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Familiarity with global environments and cross-cultural business practices is a plus
- Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be required to complete a background check, including a drug screening.
