The Work You'll Do:

Are you passionate about forging strategic alliances and driving growth through partnerships? Join us at Sovos as a Senior Partner Account Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in cultivating and sustaining productive business relationships with our strategic partners. These partners not only resell Sovos Compliance software but also provide valuable referrals that fuel our new business pipeline.

In this exciting and impactful role, you'll be at the forefront of our partner-driven sales strategy. You'll develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan that leverages the strengths of our partners to achieve mutual success. As a key player in the growth of Sovos, you'll have the opportunity to shape our partner ecosystem and drive significant business outcomes.

More specifically, you will:

  • As a senior member of the Partner & Alliances team, consistently deliver new revenues and meet agreed bookings quotas by selling with and through strategic partners.
  • Develop and execute a detailed territory plan to maximize partner-driven sales opportunities.
  • Grow and manage a quality pipeline of new strategic partners.
  • Nurture and improve working relationships with and business contributions from existing and assigned partners.
  • Based on primary and secondary market research data, build and refine strategies for expanding market reach and accelerating market penetration through alliances.
  • Actively engage with existing and new partners to enhance awareness about Sovos’ global Tax Compliance and Business-to-Government Reporting solutions.
  • Build strong relationships and maintain robust communication with partners’ direct and indirect sales channels to identify new market and client opportunities.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with strategic partners to drive consistent productivity against agreed KPIs.
  • Educate and mobilize internal business partners to support key Alliance Sales objectives.
  • Act with utmost integrity and demonstrate ethical behavior in all matters involving key stakeholders.
  • Set an example for all other Global Alliance Sales team members by demonstrating unmatched initiative, drive, and determination to achieve results, success, and growth.
  • Require minimal support from the manager regarding selling and partner relationship

What We Need From You

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, channel sales, channel marketing, or business development.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred.
  • Successful track record of selling to large enterprises, managing complex sales cycles, and interacting with senior executives.
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for partner meetings, trade shows, and special projects.
  • Self-motivated team player with a strong drive to exceed goals.
  • Great english communication skills
