The Work You'll Do:

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of strategic initiatives within the Product team. You will oversee the governance of key processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, including complex go-to-market launches. Collaborating across departments, you will lead efforts to enhance operational efficiency by implementing process improvements and standardizing best practices. Your ability to effectively communicate, resolve challenges, and build strong relationships with stakeholders will be essential in achieving high-quality results that support organizational growth.

More specifically, you will:

  • Manage governance of key Product Management processes, including Product Council, Roadmap development, and tool utilization.
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate activities for global product releases and launches.
  • Track and communicate team metrics, progress, and project updates to stakeholders.
  • Oversee project execution during all phases: Strategy, Execution, and Growth, addressing and escalating issues, risks, and change requests as necessary.
  • Develop and deliver communication materials for team members, leadership, and business partners.
  • Build positive relationships with sponsors, leadership, team members, and interfacing teams, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • Identify and resolve obstacles, ensuring teams maintain focus and deliver outcomes.
  • Leverage knowledge of technical, functional, and business areas to support organizational readiness and continuous improvement.
  • Promote team collaboration, ethical behavior, and customer satisfaction while driving quality results.
  • Demonstrate initiative, effective communication, and commitment to personal and team development.

What We Need From You

  • 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, meeting facilitation, and training skill; in English
  • Ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels and foster productive team dynamics.
  • Aptitude for quickly grasping new technical concepts and identifying process improvements.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines collaboratively.
  • Proactive in addressing potential roadblocks to ensure progress.
