The Work You'll Do:

We are seeking a Software Developer to translate feature requests and improvements into functional, high-quality code that meets organizational standards. Teamwork is essential in this role, along with the ability to provide proactive support and contribute to improving client experiences.

More specifically, you will:

• Translate customer requirements into efficient and maintainable code.
• Upgrade, repair, and enhance software solutions.
• Estimate development timelines and propose solutions while identifying potential challenges.
• Perform tests to validate code and develop automated tests as needed.
• Collaborate within the Agile (Scrum) framework, adhering to its processes and principles.
• Review and challenge requirements to ensure the best outcomes based on experience.
• Develop expertise in at least two key application modules.
• Actively participate in troubleshooting efforts to improve client satisfaction.

 What We Need From You

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages such as .Net C# and JavaScript
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and effectively manage stressful situations.
• High level of proactivity and problem-solving ability.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
