The Work You'll Do:
We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Paid Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in the fast-growing Enterprise - SaaS industry. In this role, you will develop, implement, and manage paid marketing campaigns to drive high-quality leads, product awareness, and customer acquisition for our Enterprise - SaaS product offerings.
As a Paid Marketing Specialist (Enterprise - SaaS), you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals, target the right audience, and maximize ROI. You will be responsible for optimizing campaigns across various digital platforms, analyzing performance data, and continuously refining strategies to drive growth.
More specifically, you will:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Work closely with the Enterprise - SaaS marketing team to design and implement paid marketing strategies aimed at lead generation, product awareness, and customer acquisition.
- Paid Platform Management: Oversee and optimize paid campaigns on key platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid channels to maximize reach and ROI.
- Budget & Bidding Strategy: Manage campaign budgets and develop effective bidding strategies to ensure cost-effective acquisition and optimal campaign performance.
- Audience Segmentation & Targeting: Conduct thorough research to segment and target the right audience based on product offerings, customer personas, and behavior patterns.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Regularly test and optimize ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance and drive higher conversions.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance, refine targeting strategies, and optimize conversion rates.
- Reporting & Communication: Deliver regular reports on campaign performance, and key metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to discuss insights and recommendations.
What We Need From You
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in paid marketing, with a strong focus on Enterprise - SaaS or B2B marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant digital marketing channels.
- Strong ability to analyze data and key metrics (e.g., CTR, CPA, CPL, ROAS) to make data-driven decisions and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance tracking platforms.
- Ability to craft compelling and engaging ad copy that speaks to target audiences and drives conversions in an Enterprise - SaaS environment.
- Solid understanding of Enterprise - SaaS-specific marketing strategies, sales funnels, customer acquisition, lead nurturing, and retention tactics.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
