The Work You'll Do:
As an Event & Field Marketing Coordinator at Sovos, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life through high-impact events and field marketing programs. You'll support the planning and execution of in-person and virtual experiences that connect Sovos with customers, prospects, and partners around the world.
This entry-level role offers hands-on coordination and operational experience, working closely with senior marketing team members, sales, and partner teams to deliver memorable event experiences that strengthen brand presence and drive engagement.
More specifically, you will:
- Support the planning and execution of in-person events, trade shows, sponsored events, and webinars
- Assist with event logistics including vendor coordination, registrations, calendars, promotional materials, and on-site or live-event support
- Help coordinate webinar programs including campaign ticket submission, webinar platform setup, speaker preparation, and post-event communications
- Track event details, timelines, and assets while assisting with basic reporting and organization of results
- Communicate event updates, schedules, and materials to sales and internal teams
- Provide administrative and operational support for internal events, meetings, and team initiatives
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline event coordination and enhance marketing effectiveness
What We Need From You
- BA/BS in business, marketing, communications, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing or event coordination (internships or relevant coursework accepted)
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, On24, Goldcast, Cvent)
- Team player with a collaborative, self-starter mindset
- Comfort working with AI tools and emerging technologies, or eagerness to develop these skills
- Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hire
