The Work You'll Do:

As an eFile Automation Associate, you'll play a critical role in driving efficiency and innovation within our Managed Services team by identifying, developing, and implementing process automations that reduce manual workload and enhance productivity.

Whether it's streamlining state filings, troubleshooting errors, or creating documentation for new processes, the stakes are high. More specifically, you will:

• Develop automations using Aatrix Abel Scripting language, Selenium, or Python that increase efficiency for the Aatrix Processing Team
• Actively participate in brainstorming meetings to understand the challenges that different state sites require, including asking relevant questions to identify automation opportunities
• Collaborate with other Automation Developers to outline development processes and troubleshoot any problems as they arise
• Monitor and maintain released automations, resolving potential issues to ensure smooth process flows
• Create comprehensive process documentation so that any internal stakeholder can understand and utilize the automation
• Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to enhance automation capabilities and drive continuous improvement

What We Need From You

• At least 1 year of experience working with automation software tools, including C#.NET and Python, Microsoft products such as SQL Server, and web scraping tools like Selenium
• Ability to learn our in-house scripting language (Abel) quickly and effectively
• Knowledge of PGP encryption and server connections for sending files to agencies
• Creative problem-solving mindset with the ability to think outside the box to find solutions
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written) to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams, including teammates around the world
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities and complete projects within desired timelines
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand, analyze, and resolve complex problems while presenting information clearly and concisely
• Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to leverage emerging technologies to enhance automation development
• Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hire
