The Work You'll Do

As a Compliance Services Associate, you’ll play an important part in helping international clients meet their VAT filing obligations. Don’t worry if you haven’t worked in tax before — we’ll train you. What matters is your curiosity, your attention to detail, and your eagerness to learn.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, work with supportive colleagues, and build a strong foundation in a niche area that offers long-term career growth.

More specifically, you will:

• Validate client data using our in-house tools and confirm VAT amounts with guidance from senior colleagues

• Support the preparation of VAT returns and supporting documents

• Ensure information is accurate and delivered on time

• Communicate with clients as part of daily service delivery

• Build strong professional relationships with clients and internal teams

• Flag issues early, prioritise tasks, and help coordinate solutions with the support of your team

• Collaborate with specialist departments to meet deadlines

• Join client meetings when appropriate

• Support progress toward client goals and deliverables

• Follow established internal policies and procedure

What We Need From You 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (university projects and internships count)

• 0–12 months of experience in client service, admin, finance, or data-related tasks

• Basic Excel knowledge or willingness to learn it quickly — we’ll help you get there

• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset

• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage your time

• Comfortable working with data and structured processes

• Enjoy working as part of a team

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

• If you speak additional European languages, that’s a bonus!
