The Work You'll Do

As a Compliance Services Associate, you’ll play an important part in helping international clients meet their VAT filing obligations. Don’t worry if you haven’t worked in tax before — we’ll train you. What matters is your curiosity, your attention to detail, and your eagerness to learn.
You’ll gain hands-on experience, work with supportive colleagues, and build a strong foundation in a niche area that offers long-term career growth.
More specifically, you will:

Validate client data using our in-house tools and confirm VAT amounts with guidance from senior colleagues

Support the preparation of VAT returns and supporting documents

Ensure information is accurate and delivered on time

Communicate with clients as part of daily service delivery

Build strong professional relationships with clients and internal teams

Flag issues early, prioritise tasks, and help coordinate solutions with the support of your team

Collaborate with specialist departments to meet deadlines

Join client meetings when appropriate

Support progress toward client goals and deliverables

Follow established internal policies and procedure
What We Need From You

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (university projects and internships count)

0–12 months of experience in client service, admin, finance, or data-related tasks

Basic Excel knowledge or willingness to learn it quickly — we’ll help you get there

Strong communication skills and customer service mindset

Good organisational skills and the ability to manage your time

Comfortable working with data and structured processes

Enjoy working as part of a team

Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
