The Work You'll Do
As a Middle Software Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-value software solutions that address complex business needs. You will collaborate across teams to understand customer requirements and deliver impactful products. Your expertise will guide technical decisions and ensure adherence to development standards. You will foster a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement, acting as a consultant and mentor within your area of expertise. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the full software lifecycle, from concept to deployment, while continually advancing your skills in a dynamic environment.

More specifically, you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, UX/UI designers, QA testers, and DBAs, to deliver robust solutions
• Participate in the development, testing, and deployment of software applications
• Champion code quality and continuous learning within the department
• Conduct peer code reviews to ensure high standards
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to programming and user interface design
• Integrate technology, process, testing, and business practices for optimal outcomes
• Enhance and follow Continuous Development and Continuous Integration practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within your area of expertise

What We Need From You

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Expertise in full stack ASP.NET MVC web development, Visual Studio, .NET, and C#
• Proficiency with web front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, JSON, and Ajax is a plus
• Strong back-end skills including WCF, SOAP/REST APIs, Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL Server, and Transact-SQL
• AWS and/or Azure Devops experience desirable
• Experience with version control systems like Git/GitHub
• Working knowledge of IIS and ability to configure web sites and applications
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote Agile environment
