The Work You'll Do:
The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the Manager, HR Operations – Europe in the administration of various HR operations tasks for Turkey. This role will also work with the Recruiting and Learning & Development functions to support systems used for onboarding and training employees.
As an active member of the EMEA HR Operations regional team, this role collaborates on cross-regional processes and initiatives, contributing to consistent service delivery across multiple countries. The HR Operations Specialist is also expected to provide backup coverage for regional team members on transversal HR Operations tasks, ensuring continuity of service across all covered regions.
More specifically, you will:
· Assist with administering payroll processing, ensures accuracy and efficiency in processing
· Work with local HR team members in relation to employee questions surrounding Payroll and Benefit programs
· Assist with design and develop of employee communication materials related to all service operations for employees – payroll, benefits, and compensation programs
· Provide support for all compliance related reporting including various payroll, benefits, and other government required reporting
· Partner with HR team members to support and champion positive employee relations through effective communication, policies, and practices
· Support the establishment and integration of compensation, payroll, and benefits platforms during mergers and acquisitions
· Collaborate and support the Learning Management System and new hire onboarding
· Manage, Create and Administer various documents in DocuSign relating to employment offers and internal updates and acknowledgments
· Support the HR Leadership in administering, creating, and implementing Performance Management System
· Ensure the accuracy of data with ADP WorkforceNow as the global HRIS
· Collaborate with regional HR team members to process leaves of absence administration
What We Need From You
· 1-3 years of professional Human Resources experience including payroll processing experience specific to Turkey
· Proficient English skills verbal and written is required
· Familiarity with the Sovos payroll provider DataAssist is a plus
· Experience in HR administration such as policy interpretation, employee record/file keeping, and regulatory compliance and global knowledge, preferred
· Ability to be strategic towards business outcomes as well as manage and handle day-to-day details and deadlines
· Experience with HRIS systems, running and analyzing reports for employee reporting, ensures superior accuracy in details of reports
· Strong interpersonal and written communication skills – ability to create employee communications for clarity and present programs to large groups of employees
· Ability to manage multiple priorities (at times conflicting), remain focused under pressure and work extended hours as required
