SOVOS is seeking a Renewals Specialist to join our newly created Renewals organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing renewals for SaaS customer accounts, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role.
Develop Internal and External Relationships:
- Cultivate relationships with key stake holders within our Customers
- Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success to build comprehensive account plans
Implement Renewals Best Practices:
- Implement industry best practices to enhance the overall customer experience during renewal
Drive Renewal Upsell Opportunities:
- Proactively identify and capitalize on renewal upsell opportunities within assigned territories
Manage Negotiations and Account Issues:
- Lead negotiations with customers to ensure successful renewals
- Partner with stakeholders to resolve any account issues impacting renewal
Provide Operational Excellence:
- Ensure operational excellence throughout the renewal process
- Maintain tactical awareness and address any challenges promptly
Forecasting and Delivery:
- Maintain predictability in forecasting and delivering against targets
- Strive to exceed expectations in all aspects of renewal management
Proficiency in Learning and Adaptation:
- Demonstrate proficiency in learning new systems
- Navigate through change effectively and quickly ramp up on new product offerings
