The Work You'll Do:

We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager to support the planning and execution of targeted marketing initiatives designed to increase brand visibility, generate demand, and support revenue growth across the EMEA region.

Based in Madrid, Spain, this role will be responsible for driving field marketing activities across Spain and supporting broader EMEA programmes, including webinars, hosted events, trade shows, executive roundtables, and integrated campaigns.

This position works cross-functionally with sales, business development, partner, customer success, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment and deliver measurable business impact.

More specifically, you will:

  • Plan, execute, and manage hosted events, executive roundtables, trade shows, webinars, and integrated marketing programmes that drive pipeline and revenue goals across various lines of business.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership and account teams to support regional sales initiatives and develop marketing plans aligned to target markets and strategic accounts.
  • Drive pipeline and brand awareness through an integrated webinar programme that includes planning, promotion, execution, and lead handover.
  • Establish pre- and post-programme processes to maximise attendance, engagement, pipeline generation, and ROI.
  • Localise and execute global campaigns for specific lines of business and geographic markets.
  • Collaborate on field-led programmes that support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and strategic account engagement.
  • Leverage AI-powered marketing tools to improve campaign targeting, content development, performance analysis, and personalisation at scale.
  • Forecast, measure, analyse, and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and business impact.
  • Communicate and educate sales teams on upcoming marketing initiatives, campaign objectives, and expected outcomes.
  • Maintain strong communication and alignment with BDR, sales, partner, strategy, product marketing, and digital marketing teams.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, event organisers, venues, and industry associations.
  • Support customer advocacy, partner marketing, and executive engagement initiatives where required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency through automation, AI, and process optimisation.
  • Support internal marketing programmes and strategic initiatives as needed.
 

 What We Need From You

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, event marketing, or related marketing roles.
  • Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, fintech, compliance, ERP, procurement, or enterprise software environments preferred.
  • Proven experience partnering with sales teams to support pipeline generation and revenue objectives.
  • Experience managing webinars, executive events, trade shows, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Native or near-native Spanish proficiency preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring programme effectiveness and reporting business outcomes.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to support campaign optimisation, reporting, content development, and marketing productivity.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, Marketo, Goldcast, Cvent, or similar marketing and event technology platforms preferred.

Location

  • Madrid, Spain (preferred).
  • Ability to travel across Spain and occasionally within EMEA for events, customer meetings, and internal planning sessions.
