  • Track and analyze certified partner performance to continuously improve curriculum and certification models
  • Build and execute technical enablement plans for Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Support teams
  • Champion AI-forward enablement best practices and drive innovation across enablement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify enablement needs, refresh content, and integrate partners into direct sales motions

  • Proven ability to build or significantly improve enablement functions and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience designing and running partner certification programs at scale
  • Practical understanding of referral, reseller, and implementation partner enablement approaches
  • Strong instructional design skills across on-demand, video, scenario-based, and instructor-led training
  • Working knowledge of ERP and enterprise software platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
  • Exposure to tax technology solutions, including indirect tax, eInvoicing, and regulatory change across EMEA, LATAM, and North America
  • Hands-on experience with enablement and learning platforms such as Mindtickle, Seismic, Highspot, or similar systems
