At Sovos, we're transforming how businesses navigate tax compliance on a global scale. As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you'll partner with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize systems, streamline processes, and maintain data integrity across our go-to-market operations. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, enabling our teams to work smarter while driving continuous improvement across our revenue operations.

More specifically, you will:

  • Serve as the go-to-market representative for the Sales Operations team, providing direct user support on Salesforce and other critical tools that enable the sales force.
  • Implement and enforce processes and tools that maintain integrity and accuracy of Salesforce data, leveraging AI-assisted workflows to identify anomalies and optimize data quality.
  • Develop comprehensive sales analytics and management dashboards that provide actionable insights to leadership, sales teams, and cross-functional partners.
  • Create and maintain internal controls, system documentation, and the Sales Operations Manual to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Manage ad-hoc reporting requests while serving as subject matter expert on reporting tools, methodologies, and emerging AI-powered analytics solutions.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure seamless information flow across systems and departments, driving continuous improvement through proactive process optimization.
  • Provide sales support, training, and project coordination while accommodating user requests and ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent demonstrated experience in sales operations, analytics, or related field.
  • You've built solid experience in sales operations or revenue operations, with strong Salesforce proficiency (with demonstrated proficiency in sales operations or revenue operations).
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Deep understanding of sales operations processes including sales cycles, CRM applications, forecasting, territory management, and quota administration.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with ability to identify trends, develop data-driven solutions, and comfort with AI-assisted analytics tools.
  • Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency across the Microsoft suite.
  • Strong project management capabilities with proven training and facilitation experience, plus excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative learner who works effectively both independently and collaboratively, balancing team partnership with self-directed problem-solving and handles confidential information with discretion.
