What You Will Be Doing

Mentor 2-3 associates
Perform regular quality checks on the daily output by the team and deliver constructive feedback
Managing the key aspects of the projects including research, analysis, project delivery, etc. for all the projects/tasks assigned
Meeting the business requirement and objective by gauging the overall impact and urgency of a project/tasks and prioritizing accordingly
Managing data researched by the associates and keeping a check on overall hygiene of the database
Coordinating with Sales and Cross Functions to ensure follow ups on Leads Generated

What You Need for this Position

Education: Post Grad (PGDM / MBA preferred)
2-4 years of relevant work experience in research
Research professional with excellent secondary research skills and good knowledge of market analysis
Effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills
Excellent working skills with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
Ability to mentor people
Excellent project and time management skills.
Skill at working both independently and in a team environment.
Aspiration to constantly learn and improve.
