What you will be doing:

Understand the complex problems our customers face and how Cvent's products work to solve them
Collaborate with researchers, product managers, developers, content writers and other stakeholders to drive the experience of our applications
Design intuitive, modern, accessible products that are consistent with platform-level standards
Create detailed workflows, information hierarchies, wireframes, mockups, prototypes and other UX deliverables
Adopt our product design system - UX standards, best practices, styles, patterns and guidelines
Mentor junior designers on their projects

What you will need for the position

Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Design or a related field with 4-7 years of experience in product design
Deep understanding of user centric design principles, responsive and adaptive design approaches for mobile
Expert in design, critical thinking, problem solving, and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Sketch, Figma and InVision)Understanding of user research methodologies
Experience of working on enterprise software
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS and front-end frameworks for different OS platforms
