This positions primary function will be to carry out the servicing and maintenance of all Resorts West properties. This includes monitoring of usage by guests and owners. This person will act as an interface on occasion between Resorts West property service department, and their guests and owners. He or she must have a personal vehicle to provide transportation. (Uniform dress is required by the position).
1. Perform general maintenance pre-checks prior to guest arrivals.
2. Perform general maintenance departure-checks upon guest departure.
3. Perform Weekly checks on assigned properties and return completed checklist.
4. Monitor and enforce Resorts West policies in regards to property usage.
5. Maintain detailed records of service performed in all units, according to the daily project sheets, and daily time auditing sheets.
6. Record billable items and hours to be billed to guests and or owners for work orders.
7. Communicate the completion and progress of assigned work orders.
8. Perform maintenance work as assigned by the Property Service Manager including but not limited to Audio/Visual, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanics, and Appliance repair.
9. Participate in snow removal around managed properties as is needed.
10. Responsible for assigned tool inventory.
11. Responsible for monitoring, tracking, and reporting credit card, and purchase account usage to Property Services and Accounting department.
12. Heavy lifting (upwards of 75 lbs) and otherwise strenuous work may apply such as moving furniture, lifting tools and maintenance supplies etc.
13. Other duties as assigned.
