POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for managing all aspects of loyalty marketing, social media, and digital sales channels for all brands in portfolio to drive loyalty and frequency of guests that are engaged with each brand.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES – Including, but not limited to:

Loyalty Marketing

·         Develop and execute email marketing campaigns targeting the Loyalty Club Members to drive customer engagement, retention, and sales through all channels.

·         Create and manage email marketing calendars, including scheduling and segmentation of targeted campaigns.

·         Responsible for overseeing creative development of emails to ensure content is optimized for maximum open and click-through rates and is compliant with email marketing regulations and best practices.

·         Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and analyze data to refine strategies and improve results.

·         Other duties as assigned.

 

Social Media

·         Work with Agency partners to develop and implement social media strategies that increase brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty across various social platforms.

·         Create a content calendar outlining key themes, topics, and posting schedules for each channel.  Responsible for overseeing development of high-quality, engaging content (including graphics, photos, videos, and captions) that aligns with brand voice and resonates with target audiences.

·         Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e., culinary, operations) to develop social media content related to promotions, events, and menu updates.

·         Other duties as assigned.

 

Marketing Websites

·         Manage the brand website, ensuring content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with brand messaging and promotions.

·         Collaborate with web developers/designers to implement website updates, improvements, and optimizations.

·         Develop menu, promotion and pricing strategies for all off-premise digital sales channels (online ordering through brand website, catering, 3rd Party Delivery Partners) to ensure optimal revenue and margin.

·         Oversee digital marketing partners development of SEO strategies and tactics that improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.

·         Monitor website analytics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and use insights to optimize content and user experience.

·         Other duties as assigned.

 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; certifications in digital marketing are a plus.

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience.

SKILLS & SPECIFICATIONS

Experience/Training:  

·         Agency experience is a plus

·         Experience in Social Media Marketing and community management.

·         Restaurant industry or hospitality experience is preferred.

Required

  • Proficiency in email marketing automation platforms and content management systems.
  • Strong writing skills and an experienced eye for design and visual aesthetics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing marketing Agency resources and participating in cross-functional teams.
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, have good follow through and be self-motivated to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this position is $70,000-75,000
