Momofuku Ssäm Bar serves an inventive menu that is always evolving. Lead by Executive Chef Matthew Rudofker (James Beard 'Rising Star of the Year' finalist), the menu includes a selection of country hams, raw bar items, and large format meals including the bo ssäm, dry aged ribeye, and rotisserie duck.
We are currently looking for a full-time Busser to join our FOH team!
Some things you'll be doing:

Clearing guest tables and anticipating customer needs

Maintaining general cleanliness of the dining area

Communicate and work collaboratively with both FOH & BOH staff
