The Momofuku Group is comprised of restaurants and bakeries located in the US, Australia, and Canada, a magazine, and an equipment manufacturing company. We are fun, exciting and fast-paced. Momofuku’s first restaurant in Washington, D.C. opened in October 2015. Momofuku CCDC serves a roster of dishes that change with the seasons. The restaurant has a bar, noodle bar, main dining room, and private dining room.

We are looking for a Host to join our FOH team!

Some things you'll be doing:

Manage reservation system
Seat guest accurately and professionally
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand
Recognize key people in the industry and related to the company
Assist teammates to anticipate all other FOH needs

Skills & Requirements

At least 1 year of host experience
Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in an organized and meticulous manner
Receptive to constructive criticism and general performance feedback
High volume restaurant experience preferred
