Momofuku’s first restaurant in Washington, D.C. opened in October 2015. Momofuku CCDC serves a roster of dishes that change with the seasons. The restaurant has a bar, noodle bar, main dining room, and private dining room.
We are looking for Runners to join the opening FOH team at our new location in Washington DC.
Some things you'll be doing:

Setting and clearing tables while anticipating guest needs

Maintaining general cleanliness of restaurant dining area

Staying updated on menu changes and specials

Communicate FOH needs effectively to both FOH and BOH teams
