JRC is searching for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Senior Analyst, Fleet Liaison to join our amazing Maritime and Security Team in supporting the Navy's Strategic Systems Programs in the planning, coordination, and execution of the new Nuclear Sea-Launched Cruise Missile (SLCM-N) program.

As the Senior Analyst, Fleet Liaison, you will...

  • Coordinate technical and programmatic plans and documents, and the development of many different acquisition, programmatic, and technical products including but not limited to white papers, studies, briefs, talking points and schedules.  
  • Maintain awareness of program activities to ensure plans and schedules are updated appropriately and conduct analysis of these activities and schedules to identify conflicts and discrepancies and propose resolutions.
  • Evaluate technical and programmatic risks, and work with stakeholders throughout the program to develop and execute risk mitigation strategies to ensure the SLCM-N program remains on cost and schedule. 
  • Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure programmatic and technical alignment and assist with issue resolution, to include hosting a regular forum with multiple external stakeholder organizations.
  • Proactively identify client needs, be able to communicate complex information clearly and succinctly, and drive issues to closure.
  • Work with a highly skilled team, providing critical support to managers and team members, assisting in daily office needs, and managing general administrative activities, including data collection, data management, measuring and monitoring performance, schedule management, planning, updating government systems, and reporting program status internally to program management. 

What you bring to the table...

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience. NOTE: DoD experience may compensate for lack of Degree
  • An active SECRET DoD or DOE security clearance (or have held an active clearance in good standing within the past 2 years)
  • Experience in leading projects and coordinating activities across multiple organizations to execute project plans.
  • Experience with Navy Submarine operations or Navy Strike mission operations.
  • Experience briefing Senior Military Officers.

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
  • Experience in DoD Acquisition Programs.
  • Knowledge of DoD systems engineering processes.
