JRC is seeking an experienced Sr. Security Manager to join our team in Washington, DC. In this pivotal role you will manage and oversee the planning, organization, and execution of the SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility), ensuring it meets and maintains withing customer requirements. You will also assist in developing Security policies for the company, training personnel on how to operate with this SCI environment, manage all SCIF operations, support and maintain existing security procedures, and develop new technical solutions to enhance information security. - Analyze complex security and business needs and resolve technical solutions

Ensure the consistency and maintainability of existing SCIF documents by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing Security Processes and Procedures

Understanding of the ICD 705 [the directive that describes the construction and management of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs]

ICD705 implementation of the Intelligence Community Standards (ICS) (Technical Specification to implement physical and technical procedural security requirements for SCIF operations

Knowledge in Operational Security (OPSEC), implementation, training and reporting procedures

Perform liaison duties between accrediting authority, prepare for annual assessment users, operations, and program personnel in the areas of systems design, modifications or troubleshooting

Ensure that enterprise-wide Information Security policies, standards and procedures related to active SCIF are maintained
-
Analyze and Define Physical access control, facility and Information Security Requirements are all adhered during operations

Evaluate security solutions to ensure they meet security requirements for processing and storing classified information

Develop, update and maintain the SCIF Operation Security Plan and emergency evacuation plan

Analyze government and industry trends, laws and standards and recommend methods to meet requirements

Analyze Insider Threat Security risks, threats, vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies to prevent security incidents, exposures and/or detect intruders

Plan and coordinate the SCIF Operations programs and policies

Manage Access Control to the Facility and assess logs
- Assist with Certification and Accreditation of Facilities, System and continuous security monitoring
