It's a great time to join JRC! We are looking for a skilled Engineering Program Manager to join our amazing Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) in Cape Canaveral, FL. In this key role, you will provide program management and R&D support to the Navy's Fleet Ballistic Missile program.
As the Engineering Program Manager, you will...
- Oversee the development and execution of R&D projects and teams engaged in customer activities
- Anticipate and respond to evolving customer requirements and expectations
- Assist in customer acquisitions and procurement, including market research, trade studies, analysis of alternatives, cost estimates, and preparation of solicitation documentation
- Protect the organization's culture, reputation, and principles
- Perform requirements analysis and assessment of detailed designs
- Advise customers on test planning (component to system level testing)
- Coordinate with program stakeholders, including other customer contractors/partners
- Develop and review documentation and supporting material for technical accuracy
What you bring to the table...
- A Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited institution or equivalent years of experience in Project Management or Systems Engineering
- 10+ years of relevant experience including previous Program Management experience supporting a DoD R&D Projects
- Must have a government security clearance at the SECRET level or above, or recently held a clearance and remain in favorable status
- Excellent computer or technology skills
- High-quality communication and presentation dexterity
- Ability to support required travel (up to 40%)
