Job Description

The Company is a light weighting solutions and components supplier to the mobility industry. General Responsibility

To develop the infrastructure for the Company and assure that quality products and services are delivered in accordance with acceptable schedule requirements and at budgeted cost or better.

DUTIES                                                                                   

  • Manage production activities
  • Develop employee planning requirements
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Implement operating metrics
  • Determine employee, facility and equipment requirements
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement planning
  • Develop and implement production planning
  • Manage operation within budget
  • Supervise employee performance
  • Manage the quality organization - includes performance and quality systems
  • Required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties upon request of the supervisor
  • Complies with the following Environmental/Safety Standards
  • When necessary, participate in classes and training seminars to learn new technologies and techniques deemed helpful to performance on the job.

The person in the environment works at a fast pace with minimum supervision.  The requirements of the business may cause frequent interruptions and changing  priorities.  Requires strong leadership skills.
