Job Description

Job Summary: 

Provides support for Human Resources, HRIS, and Benefit programs at Concept/Division. Assists field operators and employees with human resources, benefits related questions.  Resolves benefits issues, and functional support for benefits transactions and systems.

  • Work effectively with Restaurant Growth Services, LLC Shared Services staff to resolve program and team member questions and issues
  • Team member services.  Functional knowledge of all Benefit plans required to provide exceptional client service to Restaurant Growth Services, LLC team members
  • Ancillary client service support for HRIS team member service during peak periods
  • Ensure proper records are maintained and controlled
  • Data entry of HR related information (pay adjustments, terminations, job changes, employee data changes)
  • Assist the field with HR data issues

Primary Contacts:

  • Integrated with Restaurant Growth Services, LLC Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, & HRIS departments
  • Strategic internal partners:  HR, Payroll, Financial Reporting, Tax, and Legal

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Superior Customer Service and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, often with inflexible deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment; proven ability to perform effectively in a rapid changing environment
  • Must be results oriented with ability to change priorities as needed
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and on a team

Education and Experience:

  • 1 -3 years benefits administration or human resources (restaurant/service industry experience a plus)
  • BA/BS in Human Resources/Accounting/Finance or equivalent industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency of MS Office Tools (strong excel skills required).  Experience with Ceridian (Dayforce) PeopleSoft, JD Edwards HRIS/payroll systems
  • High degree of HR skills required to deal with confidential and sensitive situations and to maintain a positive relationship with other areas of the company
