Licensed Therapist- $62,977-$76,968 annually

Senior Reach is a community program supporting the wellbeing, independence, and dignity of older adults through education and connection to resources with personalized, high-quality care plan for life transitions, addressing seniors' unique challenges and continue their personal growth. We combine traditional talk therapy with whole-person care options and support.

LCSW/LPC Therapist Senior Reach Profile:

• Are you a fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LSCW), PsyD or LPC?
• Do you have established experience providing therapy to older adult populations 60 years old and over?
• Are you looking for a case load around 50 clients? 
• Do you want to be out in the community working directly with the seniors, where they are, providing therapy, connection and assistance?
• Can you work in a brief intervention, 12 session, model of therapy with low to moderate risk clients?

What we need for this job:

• Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) PsyD,or able to obtain full licensure within 12 months
• Experience working with senior adults
• Willingness to engage in community outreach to senior centers, medical offices, and potential partners
• Interest in providing psychoeducation to community partners, staff and clients
• Ability to be out in the community with the senior population
