Purpose:
As our Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) on the Broomfield Adult Behavior Health Home Team you will work with a collaborative interdisciplinary medical and mental health team to provide whole person care.
Job Summary:
You will be the lead therapist on the integrated team and serve as an expert consultant to the medical team. You will report to the Program Supervisor.
Job Profile:

What We Need for this Role:
- Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field, plus 1+ year internship, and one (1) or more years experience in a clinical setting
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Preferred, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or full licensed acquired within three (3) months.
- Experience facilitating clinical assessments and supporting the intake and treatment planning process
- Experience providing therapeutic services to a broad range of client presentation: full age continuum, gender identify and mental health diagnosis
- Experience with clinical modalities including: DBT, CBT, SFBT, MI, Trauma-focused modalities for both minors and adults
- Experience working in an integrated health environment
