Unlicensed Therapist - $54,763 - $66,924 annually
Licensed Therapist- $62,977-$76,968 annually
Purpose:
The Therapist on the ASCENT team works with a collaborative interdisciplinary medical and mental health team to provide whole person care to clients aged 15-29 years in the community.
Job Summary:
You will be the primary therapist on the first episode psychosis (ASCENT) team and work as an integral part of an interdisciplinary team. You will report to the Team Lead.
Job Profile
- Are you experienced to conduct initial comprehensive assessments of new clients, and assist the team in conducting updated assessments?
- Have you provided brief, episodic psychotherapy, addressing mental health issues and physical health complaints?

What we need for this job:
- Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field, plus 1+ year internship, and one (1) or more years experience in a clinical setting
- Or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Or full licensed acquired within twenty-four (24) months from hire
- Experience providing clinical assessments and brief intervention
- Mastery of evidence-based psychotherapy models and practice
- Experience working in an integrated health environment
- Willing to work some evening hours
