As our Clinical Quality Trainer, you will work both collaboratively and independently to develop and deploy professionally researched training to our internal team members.
You will use your clinical expertise to educate staff around quality management principles interlaced with clinical application. You will develop and deliver content virtually through our learning management system in addition to live instruction in an in-person or virtual format.
In your role you will tap into your passions and experience as a clinician to adapt learning opportunities for a diverse audience.
You will be supervised by the Quality Manager and will be expected to work in a hybrid environment, where some of your days will be in-person and some will be remote.
This position is budgeted for 30 hours per week and is eligible for benefits.
Profile:
- Are you a skilled behavioral health clinician?
- Do you have a passion for training and mentoring fellow professionals?
- Expertise in one or more evidence-based practices, such as Motivational Interviewing, ACT, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), etc. is a plus.
- Are you an accomplished public speaker, conducting sessions in-person and virtually to a broad audience?
- Do you have talent in developing engaging content, even when the subject matter is not considered exciting?

What we need for this job:
- Master’s degree in psychology, counseling or social work or related field
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience practicing direct behavioral health client care
- At least one (1) year experience with developing and deploying professional presentations
- Oral and written communication skills; also, experience in inquiry and observation.
- Experience in utilizing Microsoft programs, such as PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Visio, etc. Experience with virtual learning software, such as Storyline, Articulate, etc. a plus
