Parmatech is a leading metal injection molding company in Petaluma, CA, pushing the boundaries of precision manufacturing. We’re looking for a Project Engineer to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts—bringing innovative, high-performance components to life across medical, defense, aerospace, and general industrial markets.

What You’ll Do

Own and drive new product launches from concept through production
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, tooling, quality, and production teams
Serve as the technical point of contact for customers during development
Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution
Evaluate designs for manufacturability (DFM) and optimize for MIM processes
Lead risk assessments, process validations, and continuous improvement efforts
Translate engineering requirements into actionable manufacturing plans

Skills & Requirements

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, or related field)
3–7+ years of experience in project engineering, NPI, or manufacturing
Strong understanding of metal injection molding, powder metallurgy, or precision manufacturing (preferred)
Experience supporting regulated or high-reliability industries (medical, defense, aerospace) is a plus
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills—you can bridge the gap between customers and the shop floor
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Salary Range (Placement in the range will be driven by proven experience)

Annual Pay: $95,000 - $115,000
