Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Insides Sales Representative is responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring customer satisfaction to maximize company gross profits with solid orders.  Will use their understanding of the Company's products, services, policies and procedures to interpret technical requirements; providing essential information for both the customer and the necessary department(s). 

IDEAL EXPERIENCE:

5+ years of prospecting sales experience and/or experience managing multiple customer accounts.

ESSENTAL RESPONSIBILITES:

·         Responsible for the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the facility and safety and wellness of all team members.

·         Responsible to ensure process adherence to all applicable quality policies and procedures to assure quality product with priority for patient safety.

·         Communicate regularly with all members of the team to maintain a high level of morale. 

·         Conduct detailed reviews of existing and new customer purchase orders.

·         Provides communication on product and sales information to customers.

·         Utilizes data from Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) and engineering staff to help quote and submit prices as requested for developing accounts and prospects.

·         Tracks quotations and provides reports on order acquisition or loss.

·         Coordinates customer requirements with sales and operating staff.

·         Handles customer inquiries and complaints with thorough research and resolution, delivering prompt and courteous responses with relevant technical and product information.

·         Act as a liaison between customers, planners, sales personnel, and operations, effectively communicating customer feedback, issues, and concerns to all relevant internal staff.

·         Administrative duties include organization and maintenance of the department filing system.

·         All other duties as assigned or exhibit teamwork throughout the plant to the sole discretion of the company.

Skills & Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Two or more years of applicable experience or equivalent background.

·         Understanding of Lean Manufacturing.

·         Experience with project management.

·         Excellent customer service skills.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office and EPR systems.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

READING SKILLS:

Ability to read, write and comprehend materials in English.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply 'common sense' understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Employees are responsible for wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for the job.
