Handles employee and employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and various internal stakeholders to provide front-line assistance as one of the first-touch resources to the HR department.

Manages employee onboarding, offboarding, employee promotions and changes, HRIS data entry, composition and maintenance of personnel files, and I9 and E-Verify processing.

Supports the Company’s progressive discipline process, by reviewing management submissions for discipline against Company policies, approving disciplines for administration, and joining disciplinary meetings.

Acts as a liaison between employees and HR, supporting recognition programs and cultural initiatives.

Actively participates in the development and completion of department projects, by: attending administrative meetings, executing assigned tasks, and contributing to project success.

Meets personal position Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and effectively serves to support and drive the HR department ability to achieve annual HR goals and initiatives, as well as a competitive and supportive culture.

Manages sensitive and proprietary Company information with complete confidence and proper observation of position, department, and Company standards.
