Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Entry-Level Fabricator (Metal & Wood) to join our team. In this role, you’ll design and build custom wood products, furniture, cabinetry, and fixtures from raw materials to finished pieces. Skills & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricating metal/plastic/wood/composite components using basic tools and equipment
  • Draw, read and/or interpret basic shop drawings and work orders
  • Follow work instructions, blueprints, and schematics to ensure product accuracy
  • Operate basic machinery such as saws, grinders, and drills (training provided)
  • Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to specifications
  • Perform sanding, gluing, clamping, and finishing tasks as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
  • Load, unload, and organize materials and products
  • Support team members in various tasks as needed
  • Communicate with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and woodworking equipment
  • Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to do hands-on work
  • Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Experience in welding, fabricating, woodworking, carpentry, cabinetry, or related trade
  • Knowledge of different materials, i.e. metals, wood, etc.
  • Familiarity with CNC routers or CAD software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD)
