OTG Specialty Market Manager

The Specialty Market Manager oversees CIBO market retail operations. With over 100 outlets across 10 major airports, CIBO Express Gourmet Markets is the upgrade our guests have been waiting for, offering today’s traveler on the go a uniquely curated assortment of readymade provisions. From delicious, fresh, and wholesome foods, to top-line health and beauty solutions, to singular gifts and leading-edge electronics! As a Specialty Market Manager your responsibilities may include crewmember development and training, performance documentation, adequate staffing, adherence to all OTG /and concept policies and procedures, inventory, store facility, and responsibility for tracking revenues and cash accounts.



  • Ensures responsibility for daily opening and closings as scheduled, as well as complete accurate opening/ closing reports
  • Adhere to all OTG Operating Procedures and ensure that they are followed by all crewmembers..
  • Communicate regularly and effectively to crew at pre-shift/ post-shift crew meetings and on a one-tone basis
  • Ensure that all duties and assignments are performed and completed in a timely manner.
  • Record all deliveries and cross-check with original purchase orders.
  • Maintain organization and freshness of stock, and oversee replacements as needed.
  • Ensure level of freshness and inventory per concept standards, while adhering to budget
  • Perform regular stock inventory to account for all stock and submit report to the GM.
  • Ensure that an end of night report is completed correctly for all transactions.
  • Ensure that all cash items are balanced and accounted for on a daily basis.
  • Oversee accuracy of all transactions and voids.
  • Implement orientation, training, development and performance management of supervisors and crewmembers.
  • Maintain weekly staff schedule ensuring fair distribution of hours to all staff, using the most cost effective staffing and adhering to staffing budget.
  • Monitor and ensure that all staff are punctual and correctly attired.
  • Address staff discipline as required, using OTG company standards and procedures. Report any discipline issues to the GM.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Ensuring all staff is engaged in their work, and problems are dealt with in a humane, consistent and professional manner.

Skills & Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • Minimum two-three years supervisory experience in retail/ concession/ restaurants
  • Preferable one year supervisory at similar concept, market or brand
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to service of customers, crew, co-workers and management
  • Demonstrated dependability and leadership; ability to lead by example
  • High integrity, passion and commitment to OTG values
  • Ability to work flexible hours, days, shifts, holidays; business needs vary with weather/ traffic
  • Ability to train, delegate, coach and development crewmembers
  • Knowledge of safety and food sanitation
  • Ability to clear background check for OTG and Airport badge.
