Job Description

This is the job for you if you:

Have previous industrial mixing experience
Are comfortable with day shift - 6:45am - 3pm
Are comfortable with repetitive lifting up to 50lbs
Want to work in a unionized environment
Like working overtime

Responsibilities:

Scale ingredients according to formula.
Loading and unloading ingredients in mixing bowl
Operate mixer
Check dough temperature for every batch
Push mixing bowl to the dough pump to Operations – help dough chunker once mixing of ingredients is complete
Retrieve boxes/bags of ingredients and replenish ingredient bins as needed.
Filling in pre-shift inspections/pre-ops, accurate and timely record keeping
Maintain general cleanliness of the work area.

Skills & Requirements

Willing to work day shift - 6:45am - 3pm
Comfortable with heavy repetitive lifting
Previous food manufacturing mixing experience highly preferred
