Position:  Distribution Analyst – Intern/Part-time

Division: Cookie & Cracker Division

Location: Columbus, OH

The part time Warehouse Analyst will be working in our Columbus Ice Cream packaging equipment plant.  This facility employs 30+ union team members.  This plant is 125k sq. ft., operates with four work centers and possess a strong team oriented culture.  Attached to the plant is a Weston Foods corporate office that supports Supply Chain and Transportation.



Provide distributors with necessary documents to track their portion of the sale. Responsible to receive and verify accurate inbound receipts and outgoing delivery tickets provided by Delivery Agents.  Reconcile Distributor inventories both weekly and at the end of the sale.  Reconcile delivery tickets against Distributor Inventory to assist in approval of Distributor Invoices for payment.  Provide inbound delivery schedule to Distributor and work to obtain required receipts to allow weekly invoicing to Council.  Weekly updates to the Distributor Scorecard to track Distributor performance as well as record chargebacks incurred for breach of contract.



  • Strong Communication skills: Verbal and written. Will participate in bi-daily meetings with Supply Chain.   
  • Strong Interpersonal skills: Team player. Assertive. Able to develop and maintain a positive rapport with internal team and outside Distributors. 
  • Organizational skills: Ability to multi-task yet maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong Computer skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. Must be a fast learner with the ability to retain information and maintain digital files to be used by multiple departments.
  • Some experience with Manufacturing, T&L, and Inventory control helpful.

Additional Details:

  • Flexible schedule due to peak season.  Could work any time between 8a-7p. Must be able to work every week day.
  • 20-25 hours/week
  • Monday-Friday
  • Pay: $15-$18/hour, Depending on experience
  • Start date- As early as November 4th, 2019
  • End Date- April 24th, 2020
