Work for Us!

As a Quality Team Member, you'll be working in our Manchester, New Hampshire, cupcake factory that currently produces more than 2.5 million cupcakes per day!  This facility operating in North America employees 250+ team members and runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.  We operate 3 production lines, producing mini cupcakes in a variety of flavors for our retail and wholesale customers.  

 

Purpose

We've set the bar high when it comes to quality and food safety-- help us reach it!  You'll be responsible for ensuring our team adheres to our food safety and quality standards so that we are always meeting or exceeding our customer's expectations.

Shift Available:  

  • 3rd Shift (10:00 pm - 6:30 am) 
Skills & Requirements

Qualifications

In order to perform this job, you must be able to:

  • Use a computer and operate Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel without needing help. 
  • Work safely in an industrial environment with minimal supervision.
  • Speak and communicate effectively in English with managers and other team members.
  • Perform simple math functions (i.e., add, subtract, multiply, and divide).  
  • Plan your time effectively and prioritize your work. 
  • Learn and follow standard operating procedures and established practices. 
  • Work in variable environmental conditions-- including humid, hot, or cold conditions.
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. 
  • Stand, walk, climb, reach, lift, pull, push, bend, stoop, and stretch as needed throughout your shift.
  • Work closely with others in a team environment. 

It's helpful if you have:

  • A HS Diploma/GED or Associate's Degree in Chemistry, Food Science or Technology.
  • 1-2 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Prior food manufacturing experience or exposure preferred.
  • HACCP and/or PCQI Training.

 

Training

In addition to specific hands-on machine operation and/or area training, you will need to successfully complete training in the following programs once employed:

  • OSHA Safety Training
  • Food Safety Training
  • GMP Training
  • IPM Training
  • Shop floor cross training
  • Other training as determined by your manager.
