Job Description
Position Summary:
Each prep cook’s primary objective is to show our guests such an exceptional dining experience they will want to return again and again.
Skills and Abilities:

Organize and prioritize preparation of food items

Prepare food according to standardized recipes

Ensure proper size and weight of food

Has strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, best practices, and procedures in a restaurant

Assist in maintaining a clean, safe working environment
Attributes:

Must possess passion and knowledge for food and beverage offerings

Promote and participate in a STRONG TEAM EFFORT

Communicate effectively and positively with guests and fellow employees
Education/Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Valid California Food Handler Certification

Minimum 1 year experience in a high volume, fast-paced full service restaurant
