We currently has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, problem solving individual to join the team at our Work Ready program. Work Ready provides a comprehensive set of employment-oriented services to those receiving Public Assistance benefits, including those who are in need of specific help managing barriers to self-sufficiency.
Ensure effective, accurate and coordinated communications with County Assistance Office personnel.
Participate in contract compliance and achievement of program goals.
Prepare and maintain files for referral packets; assist in the processing of daily program referrals
Utilize and/or input referral data into the ETO database; maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all client information
Meet regularly with the team to plan activities, discuss client progress, and evaluate program intervention at key intervals.
Associate’s Degree and a minimum of two years relevant experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to problem solve and collaborate with a variety of customers in the Welfare to Work Industry.
